Services To Compliment Your Needs

  • Neima Education LLC provides Executive, C-Suite, Middle Management, and Frontline Coaching with strategic implementation for personal and situational accountability. Coaching is normally done on a 1-on-1 basis. The subject matter ranges based on situational needs and to create space for belonging to excel in your role, intersecting realities, given your sphere of influence. Coaching is usually 1hr per week and is there to support actions and mindset to enhance wellness and restorative justice for dialogue, partnerships, and collaboration.

 

  • Most individuals prefer this service because it's extremely discrete and no one knows I am providing coaching.

Consulting

  • Consulting involves more project intention awareness planning. These sessions move us from a conversation to assess and execute strategy, review inclusion paradigm wants, needs, and desires. Are you facing an agency crisis or being proactive in supporting your team members? Do you need help with creating processes and team member expectations? I am here to help you build the solutions. I create scripts, the plan, build agendas, create the tools, review documents with feedback (including grants), and be on call as needed. We provide practical ways of using data to reach your goals. In this role, I also help organizations locate facilitators for particular initiatives. In this process, I am usually supporting executive leadership or an organizational administrator. Again, this is confidential involvement and consulting for 1 to 3 people.

SWAT Analysis for Inclusive Excellence and Process Planning:

  • This is a longer process where the sponsor and I discuss the goal for the SWAT Analysis; I meet with different internal members and community partners; and I deliver a report on recommendations to the person to whom I report. After a discussion, we determine which recommendations and how those recommendations will be presented to their leadership members and be scaled to team members for inclusive feedback.


Reading Circles:


  • Reading circles are based on a books and/or articles. They are normally 10 weeks long with learning objectives for each session (i.e. we don't just read). Can be done virtually.

Conference Planning with Breakout Sessions:

Large events are an opportune moment to refocus and build momentum. Leading those events takes effort, research, and significant time.
